Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Business and Quality Analyst who will plan, establish, and help coordinate our client’s Finance Implementation projects and Salesforce Managed Service projects. This role will serve as a liaison between the business and technical aspects of assigned projects as well as help raise the bar on quality of delivered items.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

  • Direct and manage BA and QA activity from beginning to end of multiple projects across multiple clients
  • Monitoring progress and motivating the development team and business team
  • Effectively collaborate on and communicate project expectations with team members and client stakeholders.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manages BA and QA activity on assigned software development projects to ensure technical accuracy, elegance, and quality of the project deliverables
  • Demonstrated ability to discover client needs, gather user story requirements, and deliver a winning project vision
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate on managing project scope with respect to the changing needs over the project lifetime
  • Demonstrated ability to organize and conduct the creation of test plans
  • Demonstrated ability to organize, conduct, and manage the internal and external QA and
  • UAT processes
  • Demonstrated ability to execute testing scenarios to a high degree of completeness and quality
  • Performs other related duties as assigned

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Consumer and/or Commercial Lending or banking knowledge
  • Excellent analytical, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Thorough understanding of IT industry BA and QA principles and practices
  • Thorough understanding of Salesforce procedures and practices is desired
  • Proficient with, or able to quickly become proficient with, a range of general and
  • specialized applications, software, and hardware used in the financial services industry
  • Organized with attention to detail
  • Salesforce Administration Certified – additional Salesforce certifications a plus.
  • Proficient with GSuite and related software

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer or Information Science-related field preferred
  • Salesforce Experience (Experience with Salesforce implementations preferred)
  • Salesforce Admin Certification, Sales or Service Cloud certification will be required within the first 90 days of engagement. (client will covers the cost of certification)
  • At least three years of related work experience required.
